Ice Energy Technologies has established itself as a market leader in the design, supply and commissioning of ground source heat pumps and is now expanding to cover additional areas of renewable technology within both the domestic and B2B arena.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales professional to play a key role in the next stage of the businesses development and initiate the delivery of an end to end solution to our existing and new commercial client base.
In this role, you will be responsible for heading up the Commercial Sales Division. Your challenge will be to develop the existing customer base, and win new business with existing technology and developing technologies, focusing on B2B sales throughout the whole of the UK.
To succeed in this position you must have a proven hands-on sales record, and a sound educational background. Highly presentable, articulate and with the ability to present at board level, and to communicate at all levels. You should also be self-motivated, enthusiastic and possess the highest personal integrity. Previous experience within the energy or renewable market is advantageous but not essential.
Create, motivate and lead teams including sales and technical design engineers in a wide range of sectors, including commercial property development, local government organizations, retail and the leisure industry. Responsible for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that everyone within their team reaches their targets.
Responsibilities will include:
• recruiting and training sales staff and technical design engineers
• supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance
• allocating areas to sales executives
• setting budgets/targets
• liaising with other line managers
• reporting directly to CEO
• senior level account management
• maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services
• keeping abreast of what competitors are doing competitor analysis
• identification of new business opportunities
• development of marketing strategies
Basic salary and package based on experience.
