Development of 5 Barn Conversions between Worcester & Hereford

Developer Nick Bradley is lovingly converting 5 Barns in a courtyard development between Worcester and Hereford.

Having installed a heat pump into his own home last year Nick said, "I've monitored the performance of my own system very carefully and I've reduced what would have been a £2000 oil bill to £500 running costs for my heat pump.

I had thought the extra capital cost for the heat pump would take about 5 years to recoup but I'm astonished it's only going to take 2 years and after that it's money in the bank.

I really am saving 75% of my heating costs.

Nick's construction methods are way ahead of most developers, particularly in the areas of insulation. The care and detail in his workmanship are obvious to even the casual visitor.

Nick allows 1 day to dig the trenches and a further day to lay the pipes and reinstate the ground.

All of the materials have been reclaimed and reused from the original buildings on the site.
