OPERATIONS MANAGER
Package: £55k salary plus bonus and benefits
Location: Oxfordshire with National Coverage
ICE ENERGY HEAT PUMPS Ice Energy is recognized as the pre-eminent supplier of high quality renewable heating solutions in the market place, our clients include many of the leading house builders, government organizations and residential domestic customers. We are the leading end to end solution providers in the renewable energy sector.
We are seeking to recruit an Operations Manager to play a key role in the next stage of the businesses development and initiate the delivery of an end to end solution to our existing and new client base.
To succeed in this position you must have a proven track record in creating and maintaining critical processes and systems to support the achievement of our mission this will include management of engineers, suppliers and technical training and development for internal staff and external contractors.
Previous heating industry with experience of national delivery of heating product in the domestic sector is essential.

COMMERCIAL SALES MANAGER
We are seeking to recruit a Commercial Sales Manager to play a key role in the next stage of the businesses development . Proven sales experience essential.
SALES
• Achieve sales in line with budget targets.
• Assist in the identification of products and services and ensure that these sales are properly managed to completion
• Explore and develop new opportunities to sell IEHP products
• To ensure existing clients are receiving the correct level of service by implementing and managing an account strategy, which includes other members of IEHP
• Prevent cancellations and downgrades through attentive account management
• To work alone and with other divisions to generate new business leads
• Promotion of Ice Energy into the arena of Renewable Energy
• Senior level account management
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services
• Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing competitor analysis
• Identification of new business opportunities
• Development of marketing strategies
• Ability to present powerpoint presentations on a one to one basis and to medium to large audiences.
• Production of clear, concise and accurate documentation for both internal and external use
CUSTOMER SERVICES
• Create, implement and monitor a culture of customer care
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
• Source new business from the existing client base and through the generation of new leads

Technical Sales
Ice Energy are looking for a dynamic, confident and self motivated individuals who must possess both a proven track record in sales (preferably telesales) and a high level of I.T. competency and administrative skills; possessing an ability to work under one's own initiative and self discipline to nurture, prioritise and successfully manage an ever expanding number of customer contacts. This primarily office based telesales position will require the applicant to deliver and demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service and salesmanship whilst simultaneously being able to quickly and efficiently manage and fulfill the numerous administrative responsibilities that the role entails
NEW BUSINESS GENERATION
• Generation of sales of new products and services.
• Upselling of additional or new products within the existing client base.
• To understand all IEHP products and markets and have the ability to sell with confidence to clients in both the domestic and commercial sector
• Targeting and selling IEHP products to new business sectors
• Creation of mail merge information for sending out promotional literature
• Making appointments for External Project Managers to visit client sites
• Monthly achievement of sales targets and objectives.
ADMINISTRATION
• Provide the necessary background information on clients to assist all departments within the business.
• Keep accurate and upto date records on ACT.
• Provide detailed written documentation to Logistics and Distribution
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
• To maintain current client base by keeping them informed of new IEHP products
• Sell all IEHP products
• Manage an existing client base for potential up selling
• Source new business from the existing client base through the generation of new leads
Salary depending upon experience – OTE £31,000 per annum.
PV Project Coordinator
Package: c. £30k starting salary with a 6 month review. Salary dependent on experience.
Location: Oxfordshire with national coverage.
Job Description
Ice Energy is seeking to recruit a Project Coordinator for the growing solar photovoltaic division. The primary focus will be to delive solar photovoltaic installations for social housing schemes and will also establish itself as a maintenance contractor to these schemes.
This job will include the following roles:
- Acquiring and maintaining Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) Accreditation for Solar Photovoltaic Installations.
- Create and maintain a network of MCS accredited installation subcontractors delivering best value, high quality work.
- Create and maintain a network of suppliers for all components of a PV installation and be responsible for negotiating and placing orders.
- Project management of large scale projects ensuring cost efficient delivery.
- Developing handover procedures from live projects into the maintenance database
Key Skills and Capabilities
- Experienced professional, preferably with experience in the solar photovoltaic sector
- Electrical qualifications (Part P, City and Guilds)
- Proven success with process and information management.
- Delivering results in a timely manner and within budget to ensure profitability
